Meet Annie

Annie’s passion for cooking began early. As a child, she eagerly helped plan and prepare family meals, discovering the magic of transforming simple ingredients into unforgettable dishes. A standout memory? A homemade Mother’s Day brunch featuring apricot almond pastries and savory egg dishes — a glimpse of what was to come.

Over the years, Annie gained experience across various roles in the food industry, refining her natural talent and deepening her culinary skills. In 1998, inspired by an article her father shared, she launched Annie’s Cooking Tonight — one of the Twin Cities’ first personal chef services.

Since then, Annie has cultivated a loyal following who appreciate her thoughtful blend of health-conscious recipes, dietary detail, and heartfelt hospitality. Today, she continues to offer personal chef services and catering — and is now expanding into a new chapter: healing foods and a brand-new Culinary Studio in Plymouth, in partnership with Bobby’s Gourmet.
